Acquire true north anytime and anywhere

GYRO X II uses a suspended gyromotor that oscillates around the earth’s meridian (true north) due to the principle of precession caused by the rotation of the earth. This principle realizes faster and more precise measurement than other solutions.

While the conventional type of instruments requires more than 40 minutes for measurement, GYRO X II requires only 19 minutes for a measurement, effectively doubling your work efficiency,* and decreasing operators’ stress anytime and anywhere, on every job.

Combination of preliminary measurement and regular measurement. In the regular measurement, users have a choice of follow-up or time measurement. When measured at 35° latitude area. Measurement time differs by the latitude due to the nature of gyro motor.

15” Azimuth Accuracy

The combination of special application software and advanced motor drive system allows the true north direction to be automatically calculated in accuracy of ±15″ (5mgon/0.074 mil). GYRO X II increased accuracy by 25 percent compared to the conventional manual type.

Easy operation even for unskilled operators

Auto-pointing total stations

NET05 AXII

Using reflective sheet targets, the NET05 AXII provides sub-millimeter accuracy (0.5 mm + 1 ppm) in a range of up to 200 m.

NET1 AXII

The reflectorless measurement range of the NET1 AXII model is doubled to 400 m (1,310 ft.) when using a Kodak white side (90% reflective).

Advanced Accuracy

Our IACS (Independent Angle Calibration System) technology provides “best-in-class” angle accuracy. With a biaxial level compensation mechanism that has a wide
adjusting range of ±6 feet, which is twice as wide as the previous models. This enables highly accurate measuring performance.

The auto-pointing accuracy* with the standard prism is 1” (1 mm at 200 m), and 4” (1 mm at 50 m) with a reflective sheet.

*Auto-pointing accuracy is verified using the methods specified by ISO 17123-3.

Advanced Auto-pointing Algorithm for Multiple Prisms

The NET series incorporates an advanced auto-pointing algorithm* optimized for monitoring applications. Your instrument automatically sights the prism closest to the telescope center regardless of the distance. This works even if multiple prisms or other reflective objects are in the field-of-view.
The feature dramatically enhances the reliability in periodic monitoring of predetermined prism locations.
